Terms of Service

Note : We recommended to use Vtube Studio for the tracking apps⬦ All payment should be in USD via Wise/Paypal. I will send an invoice once we make a deal⬦ Payment is made 50% upfront before starting the sketch and the remaining 50% after the sketch is fixed or after the drawing has been processed⬦ Please include your character references or the moodboard. If you want me to design your character, there will be extra charge for it.There's also extra charge for a complex character design ($60-$200)⬦ The art progress will take around 2-4 weeks to complete after the sketch done (It depends on the waiting list and the difficulty of the commission)⬦ The rigging progress will depends on the Rigg Partner waitinglist (It's usually took 1-2 weeks to complete)⬦ Major revisions can only be done through sketch. Once the sketch is complete, only minor revisions left to be done.⬦ NO RUSHING unless we make a deal about the deadline before. Rushing fee is available for 2 weeks max rush work (Rush fee is 30% of the total prices).⬦ No refund or cancelation after the sketch has been sent (canceling the commission before any progress will cost 30% of the whole pay after taxes)⬦ Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.⬦ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
